We enjoyed their Michelin starred popup from LA - Pastabar. Menu is £59pp. You get starter each, share 2 mains (pizza, pasta) and dessert each. The lobster pasta was one of the best pastas of my life. The bone marrow and anchovy pizza was different but it worked so well together. I’d prefer a more traditional dessert than granita but it was refreshing. The cocktails from this menu weren’t strong. I’d prefer quieter ambiance for this special menu but otherwise good.

I went to Pizza East for their famous Lasagne. I thought it was lovely but it did miss something, more spice and more heat, the middle was not as hot as the edges and a spicey kick would have gave it the 5 stars. The server was brilliant, dressed very well, energetic and even gave me recommendations. The atmosphere was mellow, good music almost comfortable enough for me to undo my belt and kick off my shoes. Great experience! I recommend.
Visited this pizza place in the heart of Shoreditch, and the location was great and close by to many more bars and restaurants. I went there a few days ago for a meet up with my work colleagues. The food was great, and really authentic tasting italian food. Loved my margarita pizza with an added burrata! I would recommend the halloumi fries, they were perfect! The vibe was great, service was good too. Will definitely be passing by again!

We celebrated my friend’s hen do in this restaurant. They were able to accommodate us (9 people) without reservation which was really nice! They even gave my friend a free champagne. We availed of their £37/person tasting menu which include several starters, several pizzas and tiramisu. Their drinks menu was also amazing. We really loved the food. Exquisite flavours and really very reminiscent of Italy. The service was impeccable as well. It is a bit on the pricey side but it was all worth it. We came in very hungry and we left very satisfied. Also, the ambiance is very cozy and the mood lighting inside the dining hall was amazing! Thank you to the team!
The pizza at Pizza East in Shoreditch was outstanding, and the service was excellent. So much so, that we ended up dining here on three separate occasions while visiting London. There was no wait, but I suggest making reservations for dinner. Be sure to try the focaccia as a starter, and the mortadella and buratta pizza as a main. You can thank me later.
We dined at Pizza East Shoreditch last night as Christmas Party for our Friday night 5-a-side football. It was a while I didn't visit this lovely restaurant. The expectations were absolutely met from all angles, great food and atmosphere. Will come back more often and now I noticed there other 2 in East London, in Stratford and in Ilford I'm gonna have to try them as well. Special mention of last night great dining experience goes to Maira (I hope I spelled it correctly) at Reception for a super warm welcome and service, great smile and professionality. Keep up the great work Maira and Team at Pizza East!
